How We Rebranded CVAC with Our Own STAND OUT Process

When the company evolves, the brand should too.
In 2025, after six years in business, Conan Venus and Company (CVAC) had evolved into a "small but mighty global team" delivering full-service marketing and creative for clients who demand results, originality, and a strategic edge. Our brand identity needed to catch up with our growth and expertise.
More than the new look, this rebrand is a declaration of who we've become and where we're going. We're a strategy-led creative partner for B2B and CPG teams who expect clarity, speed, and measurable outcomes. Our work is rooted in one belief: Creative without strategy is decoration. We make things pretty, plus, make them perform.
To prove our process works, we turned our own STAND OUT methodology on ourselves. Here’s how we transformed our brand identity from the inside out, applying the same rigorous, strategic lens we use for our clients.
Our Guiding Principles For This Rebrand
Capture "Who We Are" now. We needed to reflect our current identity without losing the essence of where we started.
Build a flexible system. The new brand had to be scalable across all platforms, from social media to our new website and sales decks.
Emphasize the Team. Our strength is the team behind the name. The "And Company" in our name needed to be front and center.
Tell a memorable story. We wanted a launch story that our clients and friends would be proud to share.
What Changed? Our New Identity System
We started with a nod to our roots. When we launched, our palette was black and a confident shade of pink that later swept pop culture. Our new identity still carries that early boldness, but with a refined, strategic maturity.

The Mark
Our primary logo is a precise "C" built from many elements that resolve into a single form. It visually signals how we work: a collective of sharp, diverse minds focused on solving one problem together with clarity and precision.
The Wordmark
In every logo lockup, "Conan Venus" and "And Company" carry equal weight. This design choice visibly represents our core value, that our strength is the team.
Typography
We chose a digital-native type with a strong hierarchy. The typography is bold, clear, and sourced from the Google font family, ensuring it reads beautifully on everything from a phone to a LinkedIn carousel and is built for clarity and scalability.
Color System
The new color palette blends vibrant expression with grounded authority. Expressive brights, Bold Crimson, Vibrant Tangerine, Bright Mint, and Vivid Aqua, are balanced by a deep Midnight Navy anchor tone that delivers maturity and trust. The result is personality without chaos.
Applications
The entire system is built to stay consistent while moving fast across all channels, from social avatars and email signatures to long-form decks and motion stingers.
